Joining the systems you already pay for
Your finance system, your practice management, your CRM, your project tracker, your shop. We connect them properly: scheduled, audited, and reliable enough to run a month-end on. Data moves without a person in the middle.
Sage 50, Opus2 LEX, Xero, ClickUp, Salesforce, WooCommerce, Google Drive and Slack, among others.
Working inside Microsoft 365
Most of our clients live in Outlook, SharePoint and Teams, so that is where a lot of the work happens: mail that sorts itself as it arrives, document libraries that know what they hold, single sign-on with the accounts your people already have.
We build against Microsoft Graph directly rather than bolting a third-party tool onto the side.
Enriching data as it moves
Cross-system augmentation is where the value shows up. A record that means little on its own becomes useful once it carries context from three other places.
Matching, cleaning and categorisation happen in the pipeline, not in a spreadsheet afterwards.
The tool your team actually uses
The output is a web application: hosted, maintained, with the permissions, audit trail and the PDF and Excel exports the work requires.
This is the part most data projects skip. It is the part that decides whether anything actually changes.
AI where it earns its place
We use language models for the jobs they are genuinely good at: reading the mail, the notes and the documents nobody has time to read, and turning them into something structured. Categorising an inbox as it arrives. Answering a customer’s order question from the shop’s own data.
Never as a feature for its own sake; always with a person able to see what it did and why.
WordPress and WooCommerce, properly
When the business runs on WordPress, we build the plugin rather than fight the platform: Salesforce sync, membership and renewal tooling, order and payment reporting, a WhatsApp assistant wired into the shop.
We host and maintain client sites on WP Engine and keep them boring, which is the point.
